SERIES ONE – 10 – UNTITLED – 20” X 30”
This painting came to me organically. I had no prior conceptions of it and it sort of revealed itself as I put brush to canvas. It speaks of togetherness- moving ahead or taking a step back.
After I finished painting and looked at the canvas in its entirety, I realized it could be open to several interpretations. And mine was just one of them.
The color tones are earthy and I have tried to create a sense of visual depth with the distinct shadow scribble. It’s a painting from within.
