Khwampa was founded in 2018 when the founder started experimenting and exploring the facets of visual interpretation and language to produce art that is unique and minimal in aesthetic at the same time. The works began with simple black and white line drawings and now have compounded to works that are no less complex than a sudoku.
Khwampa was born out of founder’s creative vision, expression and passion in the field of engineering drawing. And he believes that these artworks can work as an inspiration for Architecture, Product Design, and other real-world objects. And that is how he sees this coalescence of tangible and intangible.
As an artist from a third world country, engineering drawing was the first introduction that opened up a creative sense inside khwampa and since then it never stopped.
Khwampa says; the genesis of the work is in the mind and it came into existence from the struggle against the mind, your mind, so he believes it is the mind. What you see in the images is what your conscience and consciousness is made of. You see who you are. You see your self.
